Contact routes

The primary Orivius contact address is contact@udaywagh.com. Do not email passwords, interview session tokens, full transcripts, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

For interview respondents

The research owner who sent you the interview link is normally best placed to answer questions about the study's purpose or to action a data request. If you cannot reach them, email Orivius with the study link and enough context to identify the interview. We may need to verify the request with the research owner before changing a record.

For research creators

Include your signed-in account email and the affected study when asking for workspace help. Do not send model-provider keys, creator API secrets, payment credentials, or respondent transcripts by email.

Urgent safety concerns

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Orivius is a research product and is not an emergency, clinical, legal, or crisis-response service.
