Terms of use

Use Orivius for honest research.

These terms set the ground rules for research creators, interview respondents, and anyone using the Orivius service.

Effective 24 September 2026
Plain-language policies

These pages explain how Orivius works today. They do not add a hidden time limit to research records or publish a paid offer.

Privacy policyTerms of useContact and requests

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an Orivius account, creating a study, or participating in an interview, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to create a research workspace.

2. What Orivius provides

Orivius helps creators design research, share AI-led interview links, review transcripts, and generate evidence reports. The service may include free allowances, experimental features, or limits that are shown in the product. Paid plans are not currently offered; any future paid service will be presented separately before purchase.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

3. Accounts and access

  • Provide accurate account information and keep access to your ChatGPT account secure.
  • Do not share authenticated creator access or attempt to enter another creator's workspace.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the interview links you distribute.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account or study link has been misused.

4. Responsibilities of research creators

Research creators decide why a study is run, who is invited, and whether contact details are requested. Creators must:

  • Have a lawful and fair basis for collecting and using respondent information.
  • Provide any additional notice or consent required for their organisation, audience, industry, or country.
  • Request only information that is relevant and proportionate to the stated research purpose.
  • Respect withdrawal, access, correction, and deletion requests and use the available respondent-deletion controls.
  • Protect exported transcripts and reports and limit access to people who genuinely need them.
  • Not use Orivius for covert surveillance, unlawful discrimination, deceptive impersonation, or decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.

5. Interview participation

Participation is voluntary. Respondents may decline to begin, skip optional questions, or end the interview. The interview uses AI and may ask adaptive follow-up questions. Answers and requested contact details are shared with the research owner identified in the interview.

Do not submit information that you do not have the right to share. If an interview appears misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to its stated research purpose, stop and contact the research owner or Orivius.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Orivius to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, overload the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected systems, or collect highly sensitive information without a lawful and necessary purpose. You may not present AI-generated content as verified fact when it has not been reviewed.

7. Content and ownership

You retain rights you hold in the study content and respondent material you submit. You give Orivius a limited permission to host, process, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the operation of the service. Research creators are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content.

Orivius and its licensors retain rights in the platform, interface, software, branding, and service-generated system materials. These terms do not grant permission to copy the Orivius product or marks.

8. AI output and research limits

Reports are decision support, not proof.

AI-generated questions, summaries, findings, quotations, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. Creators must review the underlying transcripts, sample size, contradictions, and context before acting.

Orivius is not legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. It should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may temporarily interrupt it for maintenance or failures. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, or enforce these terms. A creator may stop using Orivius at any time and may contact us for account assistance.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orivius is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every research decision. You remain responsible for your research design, notices, consent, interpretation, exports, and downstream decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, Orivius is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@udaywagh.com or through the contact page. These terms are governed by applicable law and any mandatory rights available to you remain unaffected.
